١٥٩ فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ لِنْتَ لَهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ كُنْتَ فَظًّا غَلِيظَ الْقَلْبِ لَانْفَضُّوا مِنْ حَوْلِكَ ۖ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ ۖ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ
QS. 3 : 159
159 It is by of grace from Allah that you were gentle with them. Had you been harsh, hardhearted, they would have dispersed from around you. So pardon them, and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them in the conduct of affairs. And when you make a decision, put your trust in Allah; Allah loves the trusting.

After learning that his grandson was seriously ill,
1. [Heart] The grandmother is determined (azam) how to make her grandchild recover (make plans)
2. [Heart] Then surrender completely to Allah, only He who can ease all its affairs and surrender the result (tawakal)
3. [Heart-Physical] Doing business go to many doctors (nil), get information about 1 specialist and come to (nil).
That what is done is not the cause of the result, but as conditioning. That result is Rahmaan and Raheem from Allah alone.
4. [Heart-Physical] Do not despair, do Prayer-dhikr to connect his hope to the specialist (effect of tuning fork) only through the source of the driver that is the Almighty The Mighty Willing
